Job Overview:

Aura Safety is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, proposal development, and strategic business planning, preferably in industrial safety, engineering, or consulting domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Generate leads through networking, market research, and outreach activities
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for clients
  • Coordinate with technical teams to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments

Requirements

  • Master’s in Sales & Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and reporting abilities

Compensation
